MOON IN JUNE
LAGO TRASIMENO MUSIC FESTIVAL
Moon in June is a music festival that takes place on Isola Maggiore and other beautiful locations on and around Lake Trasimeno, during the summer months. The festival, organized by the Sergio LaMusica Foundation in collaboration with the Umbria Region and the municipality of Tuoro, was created in June 2015 after the death of the Umbrian promoter Sergio Piazzoli, who had had the intuition to create a series of musical events on the small island of Lake Trasimeno, famous for its sunsets. The festival has grown into a major music event attracting many a list artist from Italy and around the world.
