WINE MUSIC GREEN FESTIVAL

The first edition of the “Wine Music Green Festival” is all set to take place from May 17 to 19 in Città della Pieve. The event, organized by Jean Luc Bertoni, Marco Pareti, and Sara Tintori of RTN WEB Radio TV, aims to bridge the world of wine with show, culture, associations, and gastronomy while focusing on issues related to the environment.

The Città della Pieve, located between Umbria and Tuscany, is the perfect location for the festival. It offers a wide range of proposals in relation to the objectives of the organizers and the expectations of the visitors and tourists.

The festival is targeted at lovers of good wine, music, literature, and the environment. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste a variety of wines produced by local wineries and attend talks and shows curated by the Italian Sommelier Association in historic city buildings.

About twenty-five local wineries and other businesses or organizations well-known for their goods or services—like extravirgin olive oil, beer, honey from the Trasimeno hills, pievese saffron, and so on—will take part in the festival. There will also be city tours, handicraft exhibitions focusing on ceramics, and musical shows.

One of the interesting features of the festival is the afternoon  mini-concerts in the town’s streets. The official locations for the wine tastings before the performances are the Rocca Perugina and the Teatro degli Avvaloranti.

The “Wine Music Green Festival” offers an exciting blend of wine, music, culture, and environment and is sure to be a memorable event for all attendees.
