A MONTH OF MONDAYS IN FLORENCE.

THE OLIVE HARVEST IN UMBRIA
Umbria, the enchanting region known for its picturesque landscape and olive groves, captures the hearts of visitors. The olive trees, with their rich history and symbolism, bestow the region with the golden-green elixir we know as olive oil. The olive harvest season creates a palpable excitement, as conversations and camaraderie revolve around this beloved fruit. From the picking to the pressing at the frantoio, the process is a true labor of love. The resulting virgin olive oil, with its vibrant flavor and pure essence, is ready to be savored. So, raise a toast to the hardworking farmers who bring us this extraordinary fruit. Buon Appetito!
